Terms of Service

Welcome to Neolora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Neolora mobile application ("App", "Service"). By accessing or using Neolora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Neolora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neolora.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Neolora, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to posting prohibited content or engaging in abusive behavior.

3. User Content and Conduct

3.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you post on Neolora. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.

3.2 Content Standards

You agree that all content you post will:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on any third-party rights
• Be appropriate for users aged 18 and above
• Not contain prohibited content as defined in Section 4

3.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

4. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content Policy

4.1 Absolutely Prohibited Content

• Adult Content: Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or sexual solicitation
• Violence: Graphic violence, gore, animal abuse, or promotion of self-harm
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, threats, doxxing, or targeted harassment of individuals
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including drug use, weapons sales, or criminal behavior
• Child Safety: Any content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Misinformation: Deliberately false information that could cause harm
• Spam: Repetitive content, scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes
• Intellectual Property Violations: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material or trademarks

4.2 Consequences

Violations of this policy will result in:

• Immediate removal of the offending content
• Account suspension or permanent ban
• Forfeiture of any purchased Coins or virtual currency
• Reporting to law enforcement if legally required

We do not provide warnings for severe violations. Your account may be permanently terminated on first offense.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

5.1 Coins

Neolora offers virtual currency called "Coins" that can be purchased through Apple's App Store. Coins can be used to unlock premium features within the App.

5.2 Purchase Terms

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
• All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store. We do not process refunds directly. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Rights

Neolora and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by us. The App's design, features, and functionality are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Neolora is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. App Features and Availability

8.1 Photo Development

Photos captured with film filters undergo a simulated development period (3 minutes). This is a feature of the App experience and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

8.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

8.3 Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 "As Is" Service

Neolora is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

9.3 User Content

We are not responsible for user-generated content. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neolora and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you post on the App

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Neolora shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using Neolora at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Your account and content may be deleted
• Unused Coins will be forfeited
• Sections of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neolora regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
